    Gentle mat exercise, stretching and light cardio whilst bonding with your baby or toddler. Suitable from 6 weeks post birth or 10 weeks post C-section.

  • Adult Dance Fit

    A light, energising workout using simple dane steps to improve your fitness, balance and overall wellbeing. No experience needed, just come ready to enjoy yourself! All ages and abilities welcome.
